Quick guide - Phone numbers blocking
Sometimes, it can happen that you will receive unwanted phone calls or SMS from known contacts or unknown phone numbers. Or, what is even worse, your child could have conversations with inappropriate people. For this reason, we have created the possibility to block phone calls and SMS for these threats.
To block calls you need to follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your account, go to Phones menu, choose the phone for which you want to change the settings and then click on the Nr block title.2. Click on the Add Phone Call Filter button from the Block Phone calls area, type the phone number for which you want to add a restriction and click on Confirm to complete the process.
After adding the phone number, the application will automatically reject the incoming phone calls and will cancel outgoing phone calls to the blocked number. The application will display a notification every time the user will try to make a call to a blocked number.
To block SMS messages, the process is similar:
1. Log in to your account, go to Phones menu, choose the phone for which you want to change the settings and then click on the Nr block title.2. Click on the Add SMS filter button from the Block SMS area, type the phone number for which you want to add a restriction and click on Confirm to complete the process.
After adding the phone number, the application will automatically reject incoming SMS but it will not cancel outgoing SMS messages.
