Q: What websites can be blocked?
A: Our application can block any website opened in the default internet browser installed on your Android device, Chrome and S-Browser that is installed on Samsung Galaxy series.

Q: How can I block a website accessed by a different internet browser?
A: We recommend you to block the other browsers from your account using the Application blocker feature. This way only the default browsers can be used and you can block any website that will be opened with the default browsers.

Q: Will any notifications appear when blocking the websites?
A: Every time a website will be blocked on the target device, a notification will be displayed.

Q: What exactly can I block?
A: You can block a specific website, like name.com or specific keywords that may be found on websites, like drugs.

Q: How can I access another website if the current one is blocked?
A: To access another URL address you can use the back button for 3 seconds or you can close the current tab.

Q: How can I temporarily unblock the websites?
A: Each account has an unlocking code automatically assigned. You can find this code under your account, by going to the section called Internet and then to Block websites. You will see a 4 digits format code under the list of keywords.

Q: For how long will the websites be temporarily unblocked?
A: After providing the code, all websites will be unblocked for 15 minutes. After this time, the websites will be blocked again.

Q: A website is blocked but it still can be accessed
A: After modifying the blocked websites list, the settings will get synchronized on the target phone within the next 12 hours (considering that the Internet connection is enabled). You can also have the settings synchronized by reopening the application or by restarting the target phone.
Also, please bear in mind that a website will be blocked in standard browsing mode only. The websites will not be blocked if the private / incognito browsing is being used instead.
Finally, a website can still be accessed if the unlock code was used within the last 15 minutes.

Q: How can I change the unlock code?
A: The code is generated automatically and cannot be changed.
