Q: How can I set alerts?
A: To set an alert you just have to log in to your account, go to Phones and select the phone for which you want to modify the settings. Go to Alerts and click on the Add alert button and type the criteria. If you need more information, please check this article.

Q: How does this feature work?
A: You will receive a new alert every time the alert criteria you have defined will appear in a phone or SMS log file.

Q: Can I set alerts for MMS, WhatsApp, Facebook or any other log?
A: You can set alerts only for phone logs or SMS logs and not for other type of logs.

Q: How often do I receive alerts?
A: The alerts will be delivered once per day, every 24 hours.

Q: Where can I find the alerts?
A: You can check the alerts in your account, in your phone list area. You just need to click on the Alerts title and you will find the latest alerts.

Also, an email will be sent to your email address with a short list containing the latest alerts. If you want to see all the details you will need to check the information in your account.

Q: How can I unsubscribe from receiving alerts by email?
A: If you no longer want to receive these notifications, please use the Unsubscribe https://easyphonetrack.com/newsletter/unsubscribe option.

Q: Why am I not able to find old alerts?
A: You will be able to see only the last 100 alerts; older alerts will be deleted automatically.
